FALL LEAVES PADDLE AND A COOKOUT
rescheduled to Saturday, October 21 , 2017
DESCRIPTION - We'll paddle the Mississippi River from Ferry Landing to 4th Pumping Station Park during the afternoon. We'll then have a campfire with tasty fall food included in your registration.
The paddle will be 9 river miles which we expect to take 3.5 - 4 hours. We hope to see changing leaves and wildlife on this paddle.
This is a self-paced, easy paddle. Beginners are welcome. This is not a race but a fun, social time to hit the water and meet other paddlers.
Advance reservation is required so we have a food and shuttle count.

If you have your own canoe or kayak, you are welcome to bring your boat and we will provide shuttle service. Advance reservation and fees still apply. We provide boat shuttle on this trip, a 10' minimum size is required. Box store kayaks of small size are strongly discouraged, we paddle river currents and long distances. We reserve discretion to refuse unsafe or undersized kayaks for large paddlers, due to safety risk. Your support of this full service shop, by selecting better quality and correctly fitted kayaks from the paddlesport pros, means this trip may continue a while longer.
